LIMERICKS

Hi! My name is Harihara Subramanian.V. I am 59 years old and live in Madras (Now called Chennai ), India.

I am very fond of Limericks.

Most of the Limericks which I enjoyed were too raunchy to share with children and other family members. So I thought why not write some myself.

I was a Rotarian between 1986 and 1998 with the Rotary Club of Madras East (RI Dist 3230). I also had the honour of leading this club as its President during the year 1990-91. For a brief period, when I was working in Bombay, I was a member of Rotary Club of Mulund. (RI Dist. 3140).

Writing Limericks for Rotary was a challenge as it had to cater to various tastes without offending anyone.

The following collection will give you you some idea.

 I have also written on other subjects like Indian and International politics, elections, sports and on some adults subjects too.

I call the political Limericks, " Limerctoons "

Who went around in his dressing gown.

When asked, "why so dressed?"

He replied, only when pressed.

"This way I'll never be caught with my pants down!"
